Job Description: The Assistant Front Office Manager is a key role in supporting the Front Office Manager in achieving the goals and quality standards of the Front Office Department. The Assistant Front Office Manager must impact all elements of the department, from standards of customer service to associate morale, to interdepartmental relations:- Job Responsibilities: Guest Satisfaction: Works with the Front Office Manager to ensure products and or services provided by the Housekeeping departments meet or exceed guest expectations and build customer loyalty through product and service excellence. Sets daily example of guest hospitality and ensures Front Office associates strive to meet or exceed customer expectations. Human Resources: Supports the hiring, development and retention of a diverse workforce to deliver excellent products and services. Sustains a work environment that focuses on fair and equitable treatment and associate satisfaction to enable business success. Sales and Revenue Management: Supports marketing efforts and promotions targeting both in-house and group customers. Operations: Works with the Front Office Manager to direct the operations of the Front Office areas. Works with the Front Office Manager to execute the department strategy and focus on meeting or, exceeding departmental and hotel goals. Ensures all associate comply with Marriott Operating Standards to maintain brand integrity.
