Job Description Manage a team of 10-15 EC Relationship Managers and facilitate them in meeting their KRAs. Job Responsibilities Drive new to bank customer acquisition through the team assigned with primary focus on building annuity TFX customer portfolio. Business Development activities in the assigned market to position Indusind as preferred Bank for Exporter / Importers and to generate leads / opportunities for the team Liaising with Internal & external stakeholders to facilitate customer engagement and meet the service delivery standard for the portfolio customers. Ensure team adheres and follow the compliance process with zero tolerance on any deviation.
