Job Description The Services Sector Group is responsible for coverage of services sector which constitutes more than 50% of India’s GDP. It mainly covers IT, ITES, BPO, Back-office, logistics, startups and their ecosystem including E-commerce, Fintech, Wealthtech, Edutech etc. The team is responsible in providing end-to-end 360 degree banking solutions across the financial spectrum ranging from digital first transaction banking solutions with focus on API Banking, term loans, treasury and risk management solutions, employee related banking services, private banking for founders, advisory services including fund arrangement and M&As in collaboration with multiple product groups. It is also responsible for appraisal and monitoring of short term working capital credit limits. A Regional Head is responsible to build credible relationship with various positions/departments in the client’s firm and leverage the same in positioning the bank as single/major banking partner for end-to-end financial needs of the corporate. Regional Head has to drive the credit and non-credit revenues and also to understand opportunities & cross-sell retail liability & asset products. Job Responsibilities Portfolio Management – Regularly monitor the portfolio with inputs from Credit Monitoring Group and reduce the exposure for stressed assets Customized Solutions – Design solutions such as bond syndication, loan structuring, private equity financing etc. which meet client requirement and are profitable for the bank, by understanding the business and financial strategy of the client Coverage of ecosystem of the client – Sell the lending products such as term loans, current account, working capital financing and also cross sell other products such as salary account, insurance, vendor financing & other retail asset & liability products Relationship Management – Build and maintain credible relationship with CFOs and Business heads of the client firms and gather first-hand information on client requirements New Client Acquisition – Build external networks and continuously look for banking opportunities so as to acquire new clients Job Requirements CA / MBA in Finance with minimum 8-15 years of Corporate Banking experience Job Details Company: ICICI Bank Vacancy Type: Full-time Job Location: Mumbai, India Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
