Job Responsibilities Possess broad cross platform and strong project/program management expertise Business acumen and commercial awareness understand strategic business objectives and be motivated by the application of technology and process change to deliver business value. Have proficiency in different End User facing technologies, Service Desk and process frameworks Has a deep understanding of various security framework and regulations impacting financial markets or companies. Lead new opportunities through collaborative approach and teamwork Ability to champion enterprise level change and transformational initiatives that require organisational and behavioural change in their local area of responsibility Monitor team members to ensure that project milestones are met and delivered on time. Possess good leadership qualities and ability to lead highly technical and motivated team of individuals spread across multiple geographies.
