Job Description: To be responsible for safe and efficient operation of Power House # 4. Drive safety, health & environment (SHE) initiatives to achieve zero Fatality. Ensures safe and efficient power plant operation and generation in the plant. Job Responsibilities: Effective planning and execution of all the shutdown/initiative activities of the department or linked to the department. Ensure equipment availability and reliability through root cause failure analysis and implementation of all recommendations. Ensure effective Daily Management in operation and full support to all other TQM activities. Qualification & Experience: Experience in Operation & Maintenance of Power Plant Equipment B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Plant Engineering from a recognized institute.
