Job Description The role of eRetail Planning Manager will be responsible for the forecasting, planning, replenishment an d inventory maintenance for the eCommerce business for select brands. This person will be tasked with overseeing the product & channel inventory forecast, replenishment and execution, leveraging data-driven insights to make product-level decisions that will generate positive KPI results. This individual is our brand’s analytics expert, using data to build a “bottoms-up” plan to hit our sales targets. This role will use daily & weekly performance to better understand our consumer and ensure that their needs can be met through our eCommerce platform. This role must partner cross-functionally with the brand’s marketing, the sales team, and operations counterparts. Job Responsibilities Own a number of analyses and reports and make recommendations. Oversee the inventory levels at the eCommerce FC’s, closely watching stock levels for all products in the catalog. Ensure the weekly eCommerce forecast is synchronized and integrated into the standard operation procedure for the organization, working closely with other key stakeholders and demand planners. Enter internal inventory reservations in L’Oreal systems, and maintain inventory allocation to ensure product required is secured. Responsible for the weekly forecast for a specific, new eCommerce channel. Leverage data-inputs and information from business leads to create an accurate forecast that maintains appropriate inventory levels needed to service the business. Work closely with the business teams and supply chain teams and help establish streamlined processes and demonstrate strong project management skills. Job Requirements Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels 5+ years experience in a eCommerce supply chain businesses, eRetail indirect eCommerce experience a plus. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights and optimizations Strong project management skills Self-motivated, results and solution oriented, strategic thinker Strong time management and prioritization skills Strong financial acumen Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovatively, and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
