Job Description: The Software Development Test Engineer II will be responsible for participating in the design and implementation of automated tests to validate web and mobile applications and services. This position is responsible for working in a diverse and demanding computing environment and requires strong analytical ability, flexibility, communication and interpersonal skills. The Engineer must have a passion for diving into data, technology, must be a problem solver and have a desire to improve software quality within an Agile team environment. This role is critical to Frontier in ensuring technology functions efficiently and effectively, reduces Frontier's costs and helps meet revenue goals. Job Responsibilities: Execute tests manually when necessary. Help mentor team members. Provide support and assistance to all team members. Build continuous deliver tasks for automations tests to run using Azure and VSTS. Create automaton test scripts using C#, Selenium, and Specflow. Create service level automation test scripts using C#. Report automation test runs status and reported defects to entire team daily. Create performance and load tests using Visual Studio or Jmeter. Work as a member of an Agile team to develop automated tests by analyzing user stories, acceptance criteria, participating in design reviews and collaborating with the developers, product owners and business analysts. Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a software test automation engineer or software developer Holds self and team accountable for deliverables. Ability to release high-quality products Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with scripting languages Excellent organization and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Provide, receive, and execute on feedback in a positive manner. Minimum 2 years of experience writing automated tests using C#, a Selenium Framework, and/or related technologies.
