Job Responsibilities: Identifying customers who are in vulnerable situations and helping to figure out what steps we can take to support them. Assisting our customers with their Argos Card requirements, take ownership of their individual needs and deliver an exceptional customer experience Playing an important part in customer education around My Argos Card digital services Taking ownership of personal development and training, through regular review of performance against business objectives, and take responsibility for self-development Being the first point of contact for customer complaints to make sure that they're treated fairly and get the right resolution for them Job Requirements: Have a passion for problem solving whilst showing empathy to our customers Demonstrate strong communication skills which will enable you to engage in effective conversations and deliver a personalised, friendly & efficient service Contact centre experience is helpful, but not essential.
