Job Description: The NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day. Job Responsibilities: Support development, deployment and on-boarding activities of new 3PL sites Improve visibility and functional handoffs to optimize inventory decisions Support strategic programs to develop and operationalize new capabilities within the 3PL network Lead and develop implementation strategies and plans for 3PL capabilities Support execution of realistic business transition plans to ensure the new capabilities are implemented while minimizing risk and business disruption Support business unit transitions Activate digital fulfillment within the 3PL network that is flexible, scalable, and repeatable Support process/productivity improvement and contract management of existing 3PL sites Job Requirements: Strong working knowledge of business transition management concepts and best practices Ability to effectively communicate to leadership to influence decision making and implement project deliverables Minimum of 5 years of process and operational experience, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management, Customer Service and Process Improvement Possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical skills Project management experience Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and effective multitasking Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field Job Details: Company: Nike Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Memphis, TN, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
