Job Description: The Consumer Tools Team is creating the digital foundation that powers Nike’s personalized consumer-anywhere experiences at scale. We’re responsible for the UX, design and design system for Nike’s digital marketing, content and commerce platforms used by our marketing and operations teammates - obsessing efficient workflows with data, insights and automation. As a key member of this team, you’ll report into the Operations Director for Consumer Tools within Nike Global Digital Product Design. Job Responsibilities: Delivering comprehensive briefs against a defined problem and goal Building trust with cross-functional partners and fostering highly-collaborative design processes Working within existing processes and making recommendations for improvements Using data and consumer insights to challenge design decisions Owning multiple medium to large projects Holding designers accountable for design quality and consistency Holding the team and partners accountable to individual timelines for individual projects Forming deep connections with the team, partners and stakeholders Job Requirements: Passion for the Nike brand, the world of sport, and for creating high-quality work A strong attention to detail Ability to identify the nuances of a request and bring transparency to unspoken problems so the team can solve them A strong understanding of product design and execution process Can read and react to a room - presenting their POV in a clear, methodical manner 4+ years of relevant experience leading creative teams through the design process at a digital product company, digital agency or tech start-up A bachelor’s degree in marketing, organizational communications, advertising or related field is preferred, but not required Ability to quickly identify what’s working and what’s not - adjusting your approach accordingly Job Details: Company: Nike Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Seattle, WA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
