Job Description: This part-time Administrative Assistant - Accounting (Accounts Payable) will perform accounts payable functions in adherence to company policies. The role performs data entry for accounts payable and receivable vendor accounts and invoices. Job Responsibilities: Reconcile vendor accounts and statements Ensure proper coding in line with company categorization standards Communication with vendors and departments as necessary to resolve issues Ensure pertinent vendor information is collected and input into the relevant system (ex.
