Job Description: Remote, work from home - Chattanooga, TN or North Georgia (must live in/or near area) Responsible for selling activities related to new business development, home appointments, group presentations, and provider/community collaboration for Medicare-related products. Job Responsibilities: Focus on close ratio and lead pipeline, maintaining CRM updates appropriately in Salesforce Meet with prospects who have responded to CHS marketing campaigns or referrals and requested appointments Self-generated sales should account for 90% of total sales volume Create a lead pipeline from physician patient base through physician partnerships and Network Operations You’re goal oriented. Consistently perform appropriate sales activity standards as directed by their manager You’re a certified professional. You have current accreditation and good standing Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct & Practice Handbook (CPH), and Investment Representative (IR) licensing. It’s an asset if you have Registered Representative (RR) licensing. Financial services and/or brokerage industry experience, and working knowledge of various quotation equipment is required. Manages allocated budget for sales events, sponsorship activities, and key community events Meet or exceed sales quotas, compliance requirements, and department/manager expectations You know that details matter. Develop existing Provider and Community relationships to increase self-generated referrals Leads, collaborates and develops provider and community relations activities including event planning, execution, and ROI/outcome tracking Identify new provider and community center referral opportunities by collaborating with internal provider/network resources You engage with your heart and mind . You listen and learn from the experiences of others.Achieve Medicare Advantage monthly assigned sales goal through company provided and self-generated leads Conduct advertised sales presentations for prospects and leverage community partnerships to host events Responsible for developing self-generated lead volume to account for 75% of total lead volume Attend sales training and department meetings Maintain knowledge of compliance regulatory procedures and Medicare Marketing Guidelines to utilize in all functions, processes, and communication You put our clients first.
