Job Description: The E-Commerce Web Analyst – US will contribute to digital sales, a strong brand, and increased customer lifetime value by developing data-driven insights that ensure the best possible customer experience. The role will analyze customer behavior / site performance and turn insights into clear actions and tactics. The role will execute full-funnel analyses to understand the end-to-end customer journey Job Responsibilities: Analyze onsite and full journey performance per media channel and customer segment Evaluate key pages onsite to support the planning of landing pages and critical focus areas for the commercial teams Partner with E-Commerce commercial team to translate insights into opportunities to optimize sales performance and customer acquisition / engagement Drive daily and weekly site and customer behavior analytics for the Mexico market Take an active part in regional goal setting and alignment process from a customer insights and behavior perspective Conduct analyses to help E-Commerce team evaluate customer demand / preference, product performance, and customer experience Conduct SEO and internal search analyses to contribute to site and external search optimizations Partner with E-Commerce Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to provide data-driven insights and conclusions across the customer journey Job Requirements: Able to translate customer and sales insights into short and long-term commercial actions Comfortable visualizing and presenting insights to cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills 5+ years of experience in e-commerce.
