Job Description: This role is equally challenging and rewarding. As a senior team member, you'll help identify problems and determine solutions both independently or in a team/group setting. You'll need to work within multiple computer systems simultaneously as you respond to questions or provide specific medication details/clinical information. It's a fast paced, high volume environment where accuracy is essential. Job Responsibilities: Resolve customer issues while ensuring accurate information is provided Contact patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate information Works independently Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion) Compounding in a sterile environment Work is frequently completed without established procedures Job Requirements: Pharmacy Technician licensing and registration as required by state 1+ years of pharmacy related experience (including claims adjudication, order entry, and processing appeals) Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications such as MS Word (create/edit docs), Excel (create/edit spreadsheets) Prior experience with adjudicating insurance claims 1+ years of experience sterile compounding experience Previous home infusion experience High School Diploma / GED (or higher) Job Details: Company: United Healthcare Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Winston-Salem, NC, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
