Job Description: The WMS Operations Systems Solution Leader will lead efforts across all teams to ensure all duties related to the technical design, configuration, implementation, and improvement of the WMS/LMS program are completed and deadlines & key business case metrics are achieved. Other duties include, but are not limited to creating documentation, defining SOP’s for Operations WMS System Support, partnering with IT Helpdesk Support on creating a playbook for WMS support, intermediate and advanced WMS/LMS systems development & support, system testing/training, advanced error resolution, upgrade planning & execution, system optimization, and all go live/post go-live support. Job Responsibilities: Partner with IT to develop a process & escalation of issues for resolution. Partners with all WMS Team members, DC leadership and cross functional partners in a matrix environment. Address & respond to inquiries & requests from the field in a timely manner with regard to system issues, configuration challenges, and changes to the system needed to support the Operation. Responsible for ensuring standardization and production support of the Warehouse Management System. Provides guidance & executes deliverables from a configuration and development perspective to stakeholders and project members to advance the WMS program in terms of site implementation, standardization and support to improve the WMS Project & business case financials. Works across entire Operations & IT project team to resolve issues, deliver results, and improve WMS system effectiveness. Job Requirements: Must be proficient with McKesson’s RF technology & Blue Yonder Software Configuration & able to lead best practices for a successful WMS Support Team Ability to identify, communicate & lead best practices for DC WMS Implementation & Operations Support processes Strong knowledge of distribution center process and procedures as well as layout of facilities 4-year degree or equivalent field experience in IT/Operations or Support Desk roles Collaborative, customer-focused, and able to create visible value.
