Job Description: This position will report to our Production Manager at our Lauderdale Plant in FT Lauderdale Plant, FL. Candidate will have to complete testing to become craft qualified in either electrical, mechanical or instrumentation and controls. Candidate must also meet certain educational requirements. Job Responsibilities: Interface with appropriate functional departments to prioritize and/or schedule work Function in the role of shift operations positions Identify and correct equipment problems prior to adverse effect on unit performance Initiate and/or complete appropriate documentation for accuracy of accounting and/or equipment history Execute both maintenance and test activities required to prevent or limit equipment plant failure and repair that which has failed Issue necessary materials and supplies, including completion of appropriate documents Uses appropriate tooling and equipment necessary to provide and sustain a safe, clean, and productive facility Job Requirements: Candidates will be required to take and pass the MASS Test and also be Hands-On tested to demonstrate knowledge and craft skills to hold a craft specific designation in either electrical, mechanical or instrumentation & controls.
