Job Description: The Energy Efficiency Advisor is responsible for the oversight of company and contractor implemented programs within Ameren Illinois' Energy Efficiency portfolio. Job Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation and track of project management. Oversee the coordination of internal and external resources (subcontractors and vendors) committed to successful program execution. Track program metrics. Prepare status reports to accurately monitor progress against program objectives, timelines, budgets and goals. Assist in the development and execution of marketing, sales and program implementation strategies that increase customer satisfaction and motivate customers to implement energy efficiency and demand response projects. Oversee the performance of contractors responsible for the implementation and operation of energy efficiency and demand response programs. Maintain an appropriate positive and mutually beneficial business relationship with business, professional groups, and industry allies in support of Ameren Illinois’ energy efficiency objectives. Stay current with ongoing trends in energy efficiency and demand response. Support internal and external program communication and outreach needs. Review and approve vendor invoices. Manage contract compliance. Coordinate accounting activities with Corporate Accounting Job Requirements: May waive degree requirement for candidates with nine or more years of directly relevant experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Five or more years of relevant experience required (e.g., contract compliance, marketing, accounting, technology, data reporting, engineering). MBA preferred.
