Job Responsibilities: Plans, coordinates, and executes national and local events Works with Commercial teams to understand Life At Home activities Collaborates with Matrix and Store partners to plan, coordinate and execute national and local events Manages store web page Executes and creates co-worker newsletters and works with Graphics to update co-worker notice boards. Acts as a secondary local spokesperson for IKEA in the Community and Local Media opportunities Drives Yammer as a strong internal communication channel and promotes this as a preferred information and inspiration channel among coworkers Manages and oversees local budgets dealing with coworker activities and external activities.
