Job Description: As a Stock Assistant for Parfums Christian Dior, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for supporting all aspects of the stock management process to support the retail business of the account(s). Through your passion for the brand you will demonstrate an attitude that befits Parfums Christian Dior at all times and supports the team in store. Job Responsibilities: To pro-actively monitor deliveries of stock and NSV deliveries To take ownership of the stock file for the account; admin, movement, security, replenishment, weekly and monthly audits, forcasting of stock and NSV To support with Head Office needs for deliveries to store To participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelines To build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures To be flexible and support the business needs throughout the changing retail calendar To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team To prepare and anticipate for key trading moments: promotional sites, sales periods, Christmas period To be a Parfums Christian Dior brand ambassador and representative at all times To monitor and process RGAs/NPAs To adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook To work as part of a team and build strong relationships with account management, store management and buyers in store To conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks To ensure accurate stock take results for the account and store To monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Counter Manager and ensure that there is sufficient levels Job Requirements: Well organised and attention to detail to plan and prep for the account A strong communicator; alerting any issues and keeping in touch with regular updates on stock management Immaculately groomed and presented; you will embody the elegance that customers have come to identify with Parfums Christian Dior Driven and results orientated; to support the retail for the counter Flexible; to support the needs of the business Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the business is run smoothly Strong at building relationships; through excellent communication skills with relevant team members and store staff Job Details: Company: LVMH Vacancy Type: Part Time Job Location: Manchester, England, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
