Job Description: You’ll proactively oversee your team, allowing them to maintain the facilities to meet clients’ needs, throughout the transition process, while providing strong client risk management. You’ll drive high-quality client experiences and strong client outcomes, maintaining a positive presence in the business with a motivated team. Job Responsibilities: Making sure that robust support is maintained across all cases, driving client experience and ensuring right first time journeys Embedding a high-performance culture that promotes the identification and development of talent and provides regular tailored coaching Making sure activities are in place to prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders to enable transition to be implemented Liaising with LIBOR Transition Delivery Managers to make sure efficient support is being provided by the LIBOR clustering business analyst team Managing recruitment, headcount, reporting and cost budgets relating to your team Driving an effective operating rhythm and workflow within the business, creating a culture of continuous improvement Job Requirements: You’ll have a proven track record in the management and leadership of teams, including responsibility for development, resource planning and performance management. We’ll also expect you to have strong interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills.
