Job Description: The Manager, Indigenous Recruitment leads the development and delivery of integrated, comprehensive and relevant solutions to help build enterprise-wide Indigenous inclusion recruitment strategies to help RBC create its competitive advantage of indigenous talent. This role entails partnering closely with Talent Acquisition partners, Human Resources, Indigenous Banking, Employee Resource Group - Royal Eagles, and external indigenous community partners to advance and support the execution of indigenous talent sourcing and recruitment strategy for RBC. It is also the subject matter expert for competitive business and market intelligence within indigenous talent sourcing and Indigenous youth engagement representing RBC. Job Responsibilities: Be responsible the planning and execution of RBC Indigenous Student attraction, development and retention strategy, which includes workforce planning with different business, sourcing and recruitment, students engagement, and coaching when they are at RBC as well post-RBC support and engagement when they are back to school.
