Job Description: As we’ve recently announced, we are moving our Toronto-area Downstream offices (which are focused primarily on refining and marketing) to Calgary, to ensure we remain competitive for the long-term and to better integrate our Downstream business with the rest of Suncor. Job Responsibilities: Ensures all health, safety and environmental standards are upheld while acting as an ambassador to our Journey to Zero safety mindset Monitor the effective application of programs and address actions arising from field level risk assessments, focused observations and incident management Oversee the execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities plus turnaround and small-scale sustaining capital projects Develop and steward the Operational Expenditure (OPEX) budget and long-range plans Build strong positive relationships while liaising with key partners to optimize production outages to enable execution of the maintenance strategy and plan Measure and manage the effectiveness of Operations through appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and course corrections Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreement including discipline and handling of grievances for two onsite unions Enhance the reliability, capability and competency of Operations personnel Job Details: Company: Suncor Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Montreal, CA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
