Job Responsibilities: Report and flag all issues beyond your scope to your leader Monitor and adjust equipment and process variables to maintain a safe and environmentally sound operation and to ensure product quality Monitor the operation and equipment for deviations Work on a dynamic crew that covers a qualified post within an operating unit Maintain housekeeping at a high level to ensure a safe work environment Learn all operating units within the assigned progression at the facility and progress in growing levels of responsibility at the site, while adhering to the refinery’s management systems Perform preventative maintenance and trouble-shooting to maintain process equipment Ensure the safety of people, equipment, and the environment according to established refinery practices, procedures and operating guidelines Job Requirements: Alignment with our values of safety above all else, respect, raise the bar, commitments matter and do the right thing Proven mechanical aptitude to allow the hands-on operation of plant equipment A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Successfully completed your technical standard safety authority (TSSA) 4A and 4B exams, or environmental technician diploma from an accredited Canadian post-secondary institution A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Job Details: Company: Suncor Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Grand Falls-Windsor, CA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
