Job Description: Work with European financial institutions, PE firms, Hedge Funds, governments, and corporates to originate, execute and close public and private securitizations of financial assets and provide asset advisory services. Job Responsibilities: Working with partners across the ICG to develop new clients Assist in the development of securitization in new asset classes Originate and execute securitization and advisory roles across multiple asset classes (e.g. SME Loans, Consumer Loans, Auto Loans, and Leases, Leveraged Loans, Credit Cards, Residential Mortgages) Negotiating tranching levels with rating agencies Working with lawyers in documenting a transaction Putting together presentations Working with and organizing large databases Modeling expected loss and asset values Job Requirements: Strong technical knowledge including applications controls testing, data completeness, and information security Solid relevant experience Effective influencing and relationship management skills Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment Related certifications (CISA, CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, or similar) preferred Effective project management skills Effective verbal, written, and negotiation skills Job Details: Company: Citi Vacancy Type: Full-Time Job Location: Birmingham, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
