Job Description: As a Customer Banking Specialist, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience to new and existing customers. With a strong focus on customer education, you’ll help our customers use and understand our new self-service banking tools. By identifying customer needs, you’ll also advise them around products that could improve their financial wellbeing. Whether it's an efficient transaction or an introduction to our world class technology and specialist teams, your role is essential in adding value to the customer experience. Job Responsibilities: To be successful in this role you’ll have the ability to ask the right questions and find the right solutions, to act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do. You’ll need to bring your passion for service excellence and, whilst being comfortable working independently, you will also be able to refer our customers to other specialist team members in order to better serve their needs.
