Job Description: The Sr. Technical Solution Lead is responsible for design, configuration, and testing activities for a specific platform team and/or corresponding set of applications. These responsibilities will be distributed across Projects and Release Cycles. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the delivery of approved projects through the project management framework. The Sr. Technical Solution Lead needs to be able to produce detailed technical documents, configure and/or develop within the assigned applications and understand the overall design and architecture of a platform and deliver the end to end technical solution. This candidate will play a key role in transitioning the knowledge of the new/enhanced capabilities (including technical aspects) to the Service Delivery Team(s). Job Responsibilities: Solid understanding of Oracle CPQ & Salesforce. com data model (including a thorough understanding of object relationships, BML, BMQL, Document Engine, Doc Designer, Approval processes, Pricing functions, Pricing formula, Data table design, configuration and commerce), architecture, constraints, platform limits and change management. Solid understanding of the SFDC Managed Package v7 and v8. Experience with Migrations from Classic UI to JET UI, Migrations from Doc Engine to Doc Designer, Migrations from managed package v7 to v8. Solid understanding of CPQ SOAP v1, v2 and Rest API, Integration best practices in and out of CPQ. Solid understanding of version control Strong experience with Oracle CPQ & SFDC architecture and implementation best practices. Develops visually rich and professional conceptual design documents targeted to varying audiences of business and technical aptitude Develops detailed configuration specifications documentation targeted to technical resources Manages business and vendor communications, conflicts, and negotiations related to overall solutions design Conducts solutions presentations and obtains business acceptance to solution design Validates solutions after built and provides solution walkthrough with business. Guides business through solution deployment Job Requirements: Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) configuration, development and process knowledge (different modules, different versions) is required Knowledge of and ability to drive IS methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Development is preferred Ability to analyze business situations Excellent organizational/communication skills and attention to detail Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills Experience in design and deployment of regulated applications Demonstrated ability to work cohesively across a cross functional and matrixed organization Strong knowledge of PC skills working with large datasets (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents) Ability to drive initiatives and projects independently from start to finish Job Details: Company: Stryker Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Ft.
