Job Responsibilities: Define critical data elements, business terms, dependencies and hierarchies to drive common semantics across Bose. Collaborate and provides support to Data Science, Advanced Analytics project/programs and other corporate functions by reducing administrative data governance tasks and action items. Implement mapping between corporate business glossary and data management systems Enable proactive data quality and data certification process from business and technology prospective Promote and support a searchable data catalog that includes lineage from visualizations to source systems decreasing analytics time to value. Partner with Legal, Information Security, Audit and HR to ensure compliance and security of data including how to manage data (masking, encrypting, pseudonymizing, synonymizing). Develop and align centralized policies and standards providing a baseline for functional policies. Job Requirements: Strong analytical skills. Ability to translate strategy into an operational plan and execute delivering consistent value to Bose. Passion for Data and Data Governance. Bachelor's degree or higher.
