Job Description: The Head of Sales leads the sales and commercial performance of all internal and 3rd party Sales and Retail Media related activities. As an integral part of the Rainmaker Media business, the Head of Sales is a data-driven role that applies commercial modeling and analysis techniques in combination with a deep understanding of the consumer base and competitive market to design, identify and optimise various sales opportunities. The role establishes sales strategies and drives performance to enhance commercial outcomes in an omnichannel context, manages the Sales team and collaborates with various external partners and cross-functional internal teams. Job Requirements: Matric with relevant, extensive and demonstrable recent job-related experience in Retail Media / Media Agency or related. Minimum of a National Diploma, B.Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related (preferred). This coupled with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a Retail Media environment with a deep understanding of the evolving media business.
