Job Description: The Project Manager is responsible for providing technical leadership, management and support inshop construction activities in order to ensure projects are completed on time and in compliance withcost and quality standards. Job Responsibilities: Liaise and coordinate with contractors in order to ensure that schedules of shop drawings (civil and MEP) and programs of work are properly communicated, operating procedures and standards are adhered to and the work of multiple contractors is properly coordinated Oversee the on-site construction works in order to ensure that operations are carried out in the safest and most efficient manner and operating procedures and standards are correctly followed, taking corrective action in coordination with the Project Engineer Review and approve Principal Budgets in coordination with Regional Manager, prepares full project target budget, authorize payment settlement for manpower and materials, as well as support timely remuneration for contractors and suppliers Document, communicate and monitor the adherence to quality assurance standards, taking corrective action as appropriate Oversee the compilation and effective rectification of snag lists and handover completed jobs to the Operations departments Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; Project Management Certification is a plus (PMP or equivalent) 7-10 years of experience in a similar field Job Details: Company: Azadea Group Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Cairo, Egypt Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
