Job Description: As a participant in the Small Commercial Underwriter On-boarding and Risk Education (CORE) training program, you’ll gain critical experience to prepare you for a successful underwriting career at The Hartford. You’ll complete a formalized 14-week training program that begins in either January or June and consists of virtual learning, live work, an integrated sales training curriculum, as well as classroom training in CT Home Office and at a Center (Windsor, CT; Charlotte, NC; New Hartford, NY; Phoenix, AZ; or San Antonio, TX) location.
