Job Description: The Recruiter will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager to support the Vice President of Talent Acquisition to plan, develop and implement recruitment and staffing strategies for assigned departments. The Talent Acquisition specialist will proactively source a diverse pool of candidates for assigned job classes and facilities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment to fill a high volume of corporate and clinical requisitions on time across the system. Job Responsibilities: Additional skills required: Demonstrated ability to recruit and fill high volume staff and clinical requisitions on time. Demonstrated knowledge of current local, federal and state regulatory and governing standards for search and selection policies and procedures. Digital Fluency: High level of proficiency to review and route applications using the in-house iCIMS ATS and to learn new technologies, systems, and processes. Highly Effective Communicator: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, appropriately and inclusively with hiring leaders at all levels. Demonstrated knowledge of basic human resource functions such as compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, training and development. Agility: Maintains positive demeanor while adapting to ever changing work environment. Remote Work: Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while delivering excellent customer service and work product. Job Requirements: Experience: Five years of experience working closely with hiring managers on recruiting and other human resource issues in a dynamic and diverse environment required. License/Certification: PHR/SPHR and/or CHCR Preferred. Education: 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
