Job Description: We're looking for a support manager to join Co-op Business Services (CBS). CBS is our internal centre of excellence which supports a wide range of areas across our head office support functions, ranging from payroll and resourcing right through to learning and development with lots more in-between. In this role, it'll be up to you to oversee CBS technology support, monitoring and leading system availability as well as implementing new and exciting technology into CBS. You'll also be responsible for managing a team of 8 colleagues, supporting them and making sure an excellent service is being provided. Job Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement, making sure key targets are being met, and supporting the Co-op to deliver service agreements Collaborate with 3rd party providers, technology teams and CBS operational teams to resolve priority incidents, mitigate operational risks, and resolve problems in emergency situations Plan and organise workload across your team, taking ownership of task and resource management as well as all line management duties Provide professional advice and guidance up to senior management level, sharing expertise and information to support effective decision-making Job Requirements: Great team management skills - you've experience of managing a team of colleagues within support / service environment Experience of working within data governance and information security parameters Flexibility to support suppliers 24/7 in the case of any major incidents Experience of dealing with first line support queries and solutions The ability to advise and support the business in planning effective tech implementations A focus on continuous change Job Details: Company: Coop Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Manchester, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
