Job Description: We’re looking for a passionate A&D specialist to join us and take ownership of a wide range of A&D activity. We’ve built an A&D team that provides consistent support to our line managers and colleagues across the Co-op. Our team works closely with various property and project teams to handle people processes that come with the development of our Co-op portfolio. This team covers all areas of our diverse business, from funeralcare and food to legal services and logistics. As an A&D specialist at the Co-op, you’ll provide expert advice and support for challenging A&D cases and larger scale/longer term projects across all Co-op business areas, ensuring Co-op align with our legal obligations so that we successfully deliver our vision and strategy. You’ll guide colleagues through processes, and make sure that projects stay on track and key achievements are met. Job Responsibilities: Help to scope and resolve risks, issues, actions and decisions in relation to business portfolio changes Provide mentoring and guidance on processes as required so that colleague experience is the best it can be Support colleagues across our Co-op to deliver the people plans and processes for larger scale/complex TUPE transfers, closures and acquisitions, providing A&D expertise Develop, lead and deliver the A&D project plan, tracking progress against key project landmarks Review project and case findings with A&D SME, recommending improvements to processes in order to drive a continuous improvement practice within the team and organisation Work with project managers, business leaders and internal/external partners to deliver the A&D project plan, ensuring decisions are made in line with Co-op values, legislation and/or business requirements Job Requirements: Background in Employee Relations, with solid knowledge of general ER processes and practices Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to engage and work with a cross functional project team and a range of both internal and external partners at all levels Practical knowledge of project management tools and governance and consistent track record of successfully defining and delivering a project plan Proven understanding of the legal framework surrounding TUPE/redundancy and ability to apply this expertise to support delivery of activity The confidence to work autonomously and prioritise your workload Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to understand information quickly and identify potential problems/risk Job Details: Company: Coop Vacancy Type: Part Time Job Location: Aberdeen, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
