Job Description: As the CBM Strategy Analyst you will be responsible for advising on revenue (MRR) growth initiatives for the existing customer base, as well as operationalizing revenue-focused upsell & cross-sell campaigns. You will be accountable for identifying opportunities to drive revenue, analyzing our customer base, advising on offer strategies for customer segments, managing leads list & surfacing results from our retention campaigns. You will work closely with our Data, Analytics & Deep Insights teams to help develop segmentation, targeting & positioning strategies & to identify opportunities that will improve outcomes for our teams. This role involves both reactive & proactive upsell & cross-sell strategies. You will partner with our Product, Pricing & Packaging & Finance teams to develop strategies that are in-line with our overall goals & targets. Lastly, you will partner with the Customer Base Marketing team to assist on execution planning of developed strategies through a variety of marketing channels. Success will be measured through revenue growth/preservation, improved customer experience & product intensity.
