Job Description: We are looking for Field Sales Representatives to join our In Home Sales team. Supporting Shaw campaigns and assigned sales leads, you will grow sales and forge your own success by connecting with prospective customers going door-to-door, and on occasion, working special events. Job Responsibilities: You will spend all your time out in the community, meeting potential customers, evaluating their needs, and connecting them with the right Shaw products and services. While most of your time will be spent door-to-door, you may also attend events where you will connect with people from all walks of life, selling Shaw services. You will also be supported by your team lead and your sales coach and you will meet with them on a regular basis. Job Requirements: We're looking for people who have the ability to engage customers in person, and who are willing to spend time in the field - rain or shine. We like people who like people – you are motivated by the idea of meeting a wide variety of individuals, and you can talk to anybody. We're looking for people who want to work hard, grow, and reap the rewards. Sales experience is an asset, but we are more interested in someone who brings a positive attitude and a driven personality.
