Job Description: As a Zara Head Cashier, you are an integral part of the Zara image. You will take primary responsibility for the cash and transactions of the store, to supervise, provide support, guidance, and training to all Cashiers. To lead the Cashier team in delivering excellent service in line with our customer service standards Job Responsibilities: Process sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently, accurately and quickly in all payment methods Ensure that customers are acknowledged and receive a quality service either face to face or over the telephone Ensure Cashiers covering by planning and managing the Cashiers daily schedule’s in liaison with the management team Ensure complete efficiency when following opening and closing cash desk procedures Investigate and resolve discrepancies (their own and their team’s) Monitor and record till discrepancies and report them to the relevant department Maintain accurate records and control of daily and weekly employees Control store stationary and bag orders while maintaining required levels To be the main point of contact for all managers in store for all cash desk related queries Job Details: Company: Zara Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Dallas, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
