Job Description: In this role, you will implement always-on communications for our known customers. The CRM function uses data to inform marketing decisions, providing customers with communications that are helpful, inspiring, relevant and timely to encourage their project journey with B&Q. The CRM Campaign Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of communications (email, SMS and DM) to meet the requirements of our core programs, working with support from the CRM Campaign Specialist. Job Responsibilities: Utilise our new ESP to measure and report on member engagement. Use performance learnings from campaigns to identify test and learn opportunities, and run A/B tests to drive continuous improvement Liaise with the omni-channel team to ensure suitable site destinations are available for activity to land Use a data driven approach to optimise communications to different customer cohorts Build relationships with internal teams and with partner agencies to deliver CRM campaigns and gather sign off Work closely with data analysts and CRM team peers to uncover and share learnings and insights Liaise with the wider business including other marketing channels through the Go to Market process to ensure consistency of messages and creative. Plan, manage and implement BAU campaigns including brief writing, asset creation where required, defining data selections and dynamic content rules, QA/testing, campaign set up, deployment and post campaign reviews.
