Job Description: In this key role, you’ll be managing customer growth through our digital channels and looking at how we can drive greater customer adoption and engagement with digital tools. To do this, you’ll partner with a range of teams within Communication & Marketing to deliver innovative campaigns and plan and improve digital performance. Job Responsibilities: Carrying out regular testing to make sure the most effective creative and messaging is used in all channels Monitoring activity and tracking and analysing media performance to maximise our performance against plans Developing engaging content aimed at educating customers on the benefits of digital Developing new content for performance media channels Job Requirements: Experience of search – including pay-per-click and App Store ads – and GUAC campaign management across multiple digital channels Familiarity with Google suite, with strong knowledge in particular of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SA360 and Campaign Manager Experience of using marketing data analytics tools Good budget management experience Familiarity with attribution tools and mobile marketing campaigns Strong communication and influencing skills Job Details: Company: RBS Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Brentford, England, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
