As a Sr. Client Lead Recruiter with the HR4HR R4R team, you are a critical partner to the business and at the helm of recruiting strategy execution. You will also collaborate, deliver results, and earn trust with TA and HR leaders at all levels, and partner effectively cross-functionally with HRBPs, Finance, Compensation, and many other key internal partner groups in a complex global enterprise. Job Responsibilities: Own the preparation and delivery of search status reports, leading status reviews on active searches and calibration discussions. Use data to confidently identify roadblocks and solutions in the recruiting process as well as influence key stakeholders around important decisions. Lead meetings with client groups to include internal movement discussions and consult in job scoping discussions as needed. The HR4HR R4R Talent Acquisition team hires for complex TA roles, including but not limited to: Executive Recruiters, Strategic Recruiters, Recruiting Partners, Business Analysts, and Program Managers. Contribute to definition and lead the execution of recruiting strategy in partnership with client group and teams of sourcing recruiters. Prepare, deliver, and negotiate offer packages, helping Amazon attract and secure top industry talent. Insist on high standards and ensure operational excellence, including delivering an on-brand candidate and hiring manager experience. Job Requirements: Experience defining and executing recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member. Experience recruiting in a high volume corporate environment. Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer. Strong communication skills, organizational, and negotiation skills. Self-sufficient and able to work independently without supervision. Experience recruiting passive talent for a corporate enterprise client in the tech industry. Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and our recruiting team. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree High aptitude for earning trust with clients, peers and candidates. High-judgement decision making and experience working with confidential personnel information. CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
