Job Description: Amentum is seeking a Senior VMWare/Citrix Administrator to join our team in Rockville, MD to provide support to the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The OCIO manages information technology (IT) and Information Management (IM) resources throughout NRC and is the principal advisor to the NRC community regarding all IT/IM services that bridge technology to the agency’s business strategies. Typical work hours: Day shift, Monday-Friday; may be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs Job Responsibilities: Installation, configuration, and management of Citrix XenApp, VMWare architecture which includes administration and management of vSphere v6.5 Supporting greater than 600 VMWare Virtual Servers and VMWare SRM technologies. Utilize tape backup experience using CommVault and IBM Tivoli backup solutions and Compellent SAN technologies Citrix Netscaler FIPS Compliance Configuration Management GSLB Utilize Citrix XenDesktop 7.15 Utilize Machine Creation Services, StoreFront, Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Universal Profile Management, Published Applications, Disaster Recovery, Application Delivery, Published Desktops, Citrix Receiver client configuration Mac and Windows Administration of Multiple Farms Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field of study, At least 7 years of relevant experience CCP N, CCP-V, or VCP Certification Strong proficiency in the installation, configuration, Management of Citrix XenApp, VMWare architecture which includes administration and management of vSphere v6.5 and Supporting greater than 600 VMWare Virtual Servers and VMWare SRM technologies Due to the nature of the work Must be a United States citizen Must have the ability to obtain and maintain site-specific Public Trust clearance Preferred Qualifications VMware Expertise: VCP-DCV 6.7 certification VSAN, SRM, VROPS and VRA experience Job Details: Company: Dyncorp Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Rockville, MD, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
