Job Description: To recommend and implement strategies to enhance FAB’s culture, reputation and employment brand Job Responsibilities: Recommend innovative, leading-edge sourcing strategies Implement the strategy; communicate progress against key milestones; manage costs and delivery Focus on talent acquisition strategies for experienced and professional UAE Nationals Research the market and define the FAB employment brand and that of key competitors Articulate FAB’s most attractive and compelling attributes to the current and potential employees. Articulate current perceptions of working within the organisation and the impact of these perceptions on the capacity to recruit top talent Recommend strategies to enhance the FAB employment brand in the candidate markets that are most important to the organisation Manage the work flows and work loads Develop strong relationships with internal customers, including HR Leaders, HR Business Partners and users of the service Job Requirements: Excellent client service skills with proven experience to build and foster strong relationships with business partners and senior management, through influencing and exceptional negotiating skills Knowledge of disciplined selection techniques and behavioural interviewing model.
