Job Description: Join our WW Transportation Risk & Compliance team, partnering with Amazon’s Transportation & Logistics leaders to identify and mitigate risk in the rapidly growing and complex, global environment of Last-Mile deliveries. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Operational Audit, Risk Management and/or Compliance, who will be in charge of conducting and delivering reviews of 3rd party transportation partners in UK. The right individual has a thorough understanding of the three lines of defense, is capable of managing reviews end-to-end with minimum management oversight, and has demonstrated that he/she is able to partner with different teams across an organization to drive proactive solutions. Job Responsibilities: Preparation and execution of reviews with a data oriented approach Participation in WW/EU special projects/assignments Writing of reports (Observations and Recommendations) Perform reviews of Third-Parties to verify adherence to applicable laws, standards and Amazon’s requirements (employment, safety, operational, etc.) Verification, evaluation and assessment of contracted or newly appointed Third-Parties Job Requirements: 6+ years of Operational Audit, Compliance, Risk Management or Internal Controls experience (or equivalent) BA/BS degree (or equivalent) · Fluent in English, both in writing and in speaking required Acquaintance with UK employment, transportation and safety regulations Robust analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings Hands-on advanced Excel knowledge to support data analysis and compliance reporting Experience in gathering data requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, even from multiple sources Clear and concise verbal/written communication and data reporting skills Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams on complex projects Able to thrive in a startup-like environment · Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time Job Details: Company: Amazon Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Leicester, England, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
