Work to defined processes, ensuring best practice at all times. Consult on new requirements, recommend and action recruitment strategies to ensure the highest quality resource is engaged, in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Work to achieve and aim to exceed agreed personal and team targets, objectives and Service Level Agreements. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client's business areas, their deliverables and needs. Work within predefined recruitment processes, ensuring best practice at all times. Act as a reference and escalation point for customers, to further develop the relationship with the customer. Own the relationship with the short-listed candidates invited for interview and ensure regular updates and feedback is provided in line with the SLA. Manage full lifecycle recruitment including recruitment administration for any needs within this business area; this will be multidisciplinary. Job Requirements: Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluent in English; Spanish a plus Demonstrable experience of delivering senior and executive level hiring in a client environment. 3+ years of solid tenure in executing search assignments within executive search organizations 5 years of extensive recruitment experience at executive level across North America Solid understanding of the client’s business model and drivers. Deep understanding of Logistics & Services – preferred experience working for a global logistics provider IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet Explorer High School Diploma/GED Ability to network within a customer organization and market to identify all key influencers and decision makers.
