As a Security Consultant, you will be a key advisor for IBM’s clients, analyzing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client's organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world. Job Responsibilities: You will provide meteorological services for a number of platforms such as Energy, Aviation, Retail and Media. Comprehensive training and mentoring will be given in The Weather Company (TWC) IBM’s proprietary systems and applications and TWC IBM’s advanced forecast models and workstation technology, as well as training towards the EWINS (Enhanced Weather Information System) certification for aviation. You will participate in daily Forecast Center weather briefings and discussions involving European and sometimes global synoptic scale trends, model bias and expected developments in the short, medium, sub-seasonal and seasonal forecast periods. The position will be full time at 40 hours per week. Within TWC IBM, forecasters work on a flexible shift schedule covering 24 hours, seven days per week. You should be comfortable participating fully in a 24 hour rotating shift pattern (shift allowances will be paid on top of base salary).
