Job Description: The Data & Analytics leader will be responsible for leading and building this practice for a Geo/Vertical. You will lead all aspects of team development and you will work executive leadership to shape the growth of the practice. Through your understanding of emerging and existing models of big data and analytics, you will translate the business problems of many diverse industries into creative technical solutions – making an immediate impact on how our clients process and understand data for today and the future. You will leverage your experience with Big Data and Analytics to help our Fortune 500 clients design and implement complex data solutions. As a practice Lead for the Geo/vertical, you will participate in business development efforts for the Geo/Vertical, stay abreast of emerging technologies, attract and develop talent, and inspire the team. Job Responsibilities: Represent the Organization in a client facing capacity, presenting actionable recommendations to solve challenges across diverse problem sets Architect sustainable big data platforms while identifying gaps and opportunities to improve on existing solutions and processes Proactively research and evaluate emerging and evolving technologies Work with leadership in shaping the growth of the practice while leading all aspects of team development, including identifying, attracting and developing talent. Play a major role in business development efforts Lead projects through the entire lifecycle from design to delivery, taking advantage of flexibility in technology and approach Job Requirements: Exceptional leadership, management and communication skills Must be innovative and a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives on deadline Strong background in one or more of the following areas: data architecture and engineering, data governance, data visualization, data streaming, data quality management, and data value realization Hands-on, large scale, software development and integration experience using Java/JEE technologies Entrepreneurial spirit to help build and grow the business Previous consulting experience in designing, architecting and implementing big data solutions that leverage Hadoop ecosystem technologies Proven track record of success in supporting business development efforts Qualification & Experience: 15-20 years of overall experience in Data Warehousing, Big Data & Analytics Experience building teams, including attracting and developing talent Job Details: Company: Tech Mahindra Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Mumbai City district, Maharashtra, India Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
