Job Description: This is a senior reporting developer/analyst position. The successful candidate will combine exceptional business analysis skills with advanced report development capability. He/she will be working with the business stakeholders on reporting requirements, identifying proper data sources, development of report/dashboard, and be able to validate report’s output and deliver it for review to the business user with no or minimal follow up required; thus, owning the report’s lifecycle end-to-end. In addition to report development he/she will work with business stakeholders to offer analysis and key business insights that help the business reach it's strategic goals. Job Responsibilities: Being a team leader who helps the the team to accomplish the data strategy, with specific emphasis on creating data visualization, dashboards, and identifying business opportunities through data and communicating insights Troubleshooting production issues related to data loads and report distribution Working directly with multiple stakeholders, delivering world-class customer service to users Understanding the business needs and building a relationship of trust Tell a story through data visualization Collaborate with lines of business leadership and colleagues to advocate use of data internally to promote data-driven decision making Help shape processes and routines that drive data organization, reporting simplification, efficiencies, and offer deeper insights to the lines of business Independently translating business requirements into technical specifications to develop reports Driving small initiatives and represent the team in larger-scale enterprise projects Job Requirements: SQL development skills preferred Strong problem-solving and time-management skills, a superior customer service orientation and advanced analytical capability Ability to multi-task and function efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Solid working knowledge of database principles and concepts Solid written, verbal and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to support others through training and coaching Strong MS Excel and PPT skills Tableau development skills required, other BI tools a plus Qualification & Experience: 7+ years of experience in reporting in a development capacity 3+ years experience in business analysis Banking industry experience preferred MS Access skills preferred Job Details: Company: Citizens Financial Group Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Johnston Town in Rhode Island, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
