Job Description: Tesla Body Repair Center Managers play an integral role within the Tesla Body Repair Center. They are responsible for developing business through insurance adjusters, customers and other sources. Body Repair Center Managers maintain customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses and managing employee production and performance. Job Responsibilities: Forecasting and exceeding goals and objectives for the site, through regular audits of shop operations Championing safety, efficiency, quality and overall excellence in all actions and decisions Driving continuous improvements to facilitate exceptional team output and customer service Managing vendor partnerships and ensuring compliance with all regulations Maintaining the integrity of the Tesla brand, its processes, procedures and values Taking ownership and creating a culture of accountability Overseeing execution of work standards and production quality Providing regular coaching and feedback, have a deep knowledge of the team’s strengths and opportunities Collaborating with internal team leaders across business functions to drive project execution (design, supply chain, logistics, legal, accounts payable, etc.) Managing resource scheduling and allocation Meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators including CSI, profitability and cycle time Working closely with Regional Managers to oversee all daily operations of the body repair center and ensuring delivery of excellent results on all aspects of customers, people, operations and financials Coaching and developing your staff, addressing any situations as they arise to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment Job Requirements: Process / operations experience: strong and proven experience leading field, technical repair or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facing responsibilities An ability to lead and motivate your staff to reach common goals A background of handling vendor management In-depth understanding of automotive repair procedures and knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the collision repair of vehicles Experience running complex processes using Six Sigma or Toyota Lean A proficiency with estimating systems and insurance direct repair guidelines Job Details: Company: Tesla Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Oxford, England, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
