We are growing our Audio Systems Engineering team to explore opportunities in a wide range of audio applications and deliver on an expanding product roadmap. We achieve aggressive sound targets through a holistic system level approach that pays equal attention to all parts of the audio chain including transducers, acoustics, electronics and intelligent signal processing software. The Audio Systems Engineer will drive product development efforts from early ideation and conceptualization through to final product release. Job Requirements: A BS or MS in acoustics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or an equivalent discipline Knowledge in audio system specification and integration Solid understanding of acoustics, transducer design and digital signal processing Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent products under a tight deadline Decisive, action-oriented team player who learns quickly, drives innovation, and takes ownership of open issues Experience with a variety of acoustic test equipment such as CLIO, Klippel, Smaart, SoundCheck, Audio Precision, etc. Experience using simulation tools such as LEAP, MatLab, LSPCad, COMSOL, EASE, SpeakerLab, etc. to model and predict audio system performance Excellent critical listening skills Personal passion for sound quality, home theater, and music; active musicians a plus!
