Job Description: This position is assigned to Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center (BC), Management Services Division (MSD). As a Management and Program Analyst, you will conduct basic reviews and analyses of FPAC functions/programs. Job Responsibilities: Apply a wide range of FPAC principles, theories, processes of management with a high degree of resourcefulness, ingenuity and inventiveness to a variety of studies, investigations, and assignments. Apply management principles, organizational theory, and techniques of analysis and evaluation, along with knowledge of standardized administrative practices and procedures. Conduct studies of work processes and to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to problems in organizational structure, Gather information, identify and analyze issues, and develop recommendations to resolve problems of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a program support setting. Analyze, and make recommendations to resolve conventional problems and situations in workflow, work distribution, staffing, organizational structure and/or administration.
