Job Description: As a legislative branch agency within the Library of Congress, CRS is eligible to participate in the Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) program. Over 100 government organizations participate in the PMF program, which is designed to attract to federal service outstanding graduate-level students from a wide variety of academic disciplines who have an interest in, and commitment to, a career in the analysis and management of public policies and programs. Initial PMF appointments are made for a two-year period. Some initial appointments may be eligible for subsequent conversion to permanent appointments, contingent upon participants' performance and upon availability of funding.
